A Child's Well-being

Well-being is when a child feels they can embrace every day life, realising his or her own potential. They will be able to cope with the normal stresses of every day life. It encompasses every aspect of health: emotional, physical and social well-being.

It is so important for children to feel part of a community, inspired by those around them, learning from one another. School embed activities throughout the school day which support a child's well-being. There are also additional workshops and activities which offer a specialism as and when it is required, such as the play therapist, yoga and mindfulness. There are resources available for children to access school and on the website. Please see below links to further information for parents.
