At Grappenhall Heys we are very aware of the ever-growing issues and concerns surrounding the children’s awareness of the online world. Therefore, will be implementing a bespoke E-safety programme called eAWARE, which has been designed by educational psychologists, IT experts and teaching professionals.
The resources cover a range of topics including; cyberbullying, gaming, digital footprints and private information. The programme helps us to find areas of weakness in a class specific to a topic and can easily track their progress once the lessons have been delivered.
The program offers a range of resources including; assessment tools, videos, worksheets and homework, which will help our pupils learn how to engage with the online world safely. Please see the Youtube page designed to educate parents on current online trends.
