Our School Council and Junior Safety Officers
Our School Council members are voted for by their peers. Each year, we allow two new school councillors from each class (Year 1 -6) to be elected. The school council aim to meet at least once a month with Mr. Franklin to discuss action plans, new ideas and other matters. The School Council is very much pupil led. Our Year 6 pupils take the minutes of each of our meetings, and the conversations, ideas and inspiration is taken from them. School councillors are also given a book to keep with them in their classrooms, where they can then record any ideas or share feedback with their classes.
