Foreign Languages Pupil Voice

We value the views of our pupils and hold termly informal chats with groups of pupils from Year 1-Year 6 to hear what they think about each subject. Each half term we see a different group of children so that we get opinions and ideas from throughout the school.

Our Curriculum ambassadors enjoyed talking to our governors about our languages curriculum. They explained our roadmaps and talked about we complete work on our digital learning platform, Seesaw.

February 2024

We had a wonderful time exploring languages in our group today. The older children shared their work on Seesaw and discussed what they have been learning in class. We looked at how learning in Year 6 built upon what the children had learnt lower down the school.

We then discussed the different languages that the children in our Pupil Voice group could speak and the rest of the children had a go counting in Polish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Gujarati
