The Role
Working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body, the Deputy Headteacher will:
- Provide strategic leadership in teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Lead on school improvement priorities and maintaining high standards
- Support, challenge and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Contribute to the day-to-day leadership and management of the school
